DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE GOODS
If an item is received damaged or broken, notify the shipper immediately then contact us at sales@catchtherain.com so that we may address the situation. Please retain the tracing numbers and keep all damaged goods / packaging for inspection by the shipper. In the case of a defective product, contact us at sales@catchtherain.com for a prompt resolution.

RETURNS
All sales are final, except in the case of damaged or defective goods.
In the case of receipt of damaged or defective goods, to receive a prompt replacement or refund from catchtherain.com, items must be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.  Prior to returning any item, you must first email sales@catchtherain.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA# (which is valid for 14 days). Our shipping address for returns only is:

Live worms may not be returned. Used items are not returnable. All products (unless noted on our site) are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty. Extended warranties are sometimes offered directly through the manufacturer; please contact them if you are interested. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies or damages could result in a delay or forfeiture of your credit / refund. Returns must be sent via UPS, Fedex Ground, or any courier that issues tracking numbers and insurance. Be sure to email this tracking number to sales@catchtherain.com.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for credit to appear on your account.
